MOUNT OLIVE — Inez Holloman Odom, 77, 308 Tadlock Road, died early Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with the Rev. Sherman Dilley officiating.
Mrs. Odom was the daughter of the late Andrew and Ruth Malpass Holloman and the sister of the late Rachel Holloman Sutton.
She was a member of Northeast Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, C.H. Odom of the home; a son, Glenn Odom and wife, Tammy, of Mount Olive; two daughters, Patricia Creel of Swansboro and Joy Lancaster and husband, John, of China Grove; a special granddaughter, Lisa Kelly and husband, Anthony of Mount Olive; a grandson, Eric Creel of Swansboro; four great-grandchildren, Emily Kelly, Tyler Kelly, Ryan Narron and Candice Lancaster; a brother, Rufus “Buddy” Holloman of Mount Olive; two sisters, Alice H. Price and Dorothy H. Jernigan of Mount Olive; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Odom residence, 308 Tadlock Road, Mount Olive.
In lieu of flowers, they request that memorial gifts be made to Northeast Free Will Baptist Church or to one’s favorite charity.
Funeral arrangements being handled by Tyndall Funeral Home of Mount Olive.
