Robert Henry Frazer Sr., 66, 509 Parkwood Lane, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church with Dr. Homer Morris and the Rev. Thurman Horney officiating. Inurnment will be in the church columbarium.

Mr. Frazer was born in Charlotte June 28, 1940, to the late John Franklin Frazer Sr. and Sadie Ingle Frazer.

He was an electrical engineering graduate of North Carolina State University. He was employed with Waukesha Electric Systems and was a former member of the Goldsboro Rotary Club. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church where he sang in the choir.

Mr. Frazer is survived by his wife, Belle Cline Frazer; a son, Robert H. Frazer Jr., and wife, Michelle, of Leesburg, Fla.; two daughters, Elizabeth Frazer Craft, and husband, John, of Boone and Rebecca Frazer Fulbright, and husband, Alex, of Johnson City, Tenn.; a brother, John Franklin Frazer Jr., and wife, Mabel, of Midland; and six grandchildren, Dawson and Garrison Frazer, Alan and Bryan Craft and Wyatt and Morgan Fulbright.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the music department of St. Paul United Methodist Church, 204 E. Chestnut St., Goldsboro, 27530.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church. At other times they will be at the home.
