Annette Winifred Berg, 82, died Saturday at the Brian Center.
All services will be held privately.
Mrs. Berg was born in New Orleans to the late Hurbert Gordon Cousins and Katherine Morgan Cousins.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Ralph Roger Berg; a son, Ralph R. Berg Jr.; a daughter, Jannette M. Barth; and four grandchildren.
