LAGRANGE -- Charles Albert Pelletier, 71, of 4946 Aldridge Store Road, died Monday at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Stallings officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Mr. Pelletier was a Lenoir County native and a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Cora Lee Braxton Pelletier, his wife, Geneva Tripp Pelletier, and a son, Charles Pelletier Jr.
His survivors include two sons, Keith Pelletier and wife, Shirley, of Creswell and Christopher Pelletier and wife, Tracy, of LaGrange; two grandchildren, Andrew Pelletier and John Lee "Jake" Pelletier; two brothers, Ira Pelletier of Salisbury and Mark Pelletier of Durham; three sisters, Louise Huskey of Chapel Hill, Valerie Burmall of Durham and Gwen Wade of Ayden.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, and at other times at the residence.
