Roxanne Ada Folk, 32, of 1730-A Maple St., died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Among her survivors is her son, William D. Coley Jr. of the home; his father William D. Coley Sr. of Goldsboro; and her mother, Rosetta Smith of Goldsboro.
Funeral arrangements are pending at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries.
