The Rev. Richard M. Thomas, 54, died Sunday at his residence in Chadbourn.
The funeral services will be held today at 5 p.m. at Ward's Station Church of God in Chadbourn, where he was the residing minister, and on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at South Henderson Church of God in Henderson. Interment will be in New Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Henderson.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Howell Thomas; two daughters, Helen Juanita Dean and Kimberly Waters of Fayetteville; one brother, the Rev. Warren L. Thomas of Louisburg; and four grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Wednesday at South Henderson Church of God.
Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn is serving the family.
