EMMETT SHIVAR
SEVEN SPRINGS -- Emmett Earl Shivar, 67, died Friday at his home.
Graveside services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Pineview Cemetery, with the Rev. Pete Williams officiating.
He is survived by sons, Scotty Shivar of Wilmington and Chris Shivar of Goldsboro; daughter, Rhonda S. Edwards of Seven Springs; special companion, Betty Jean Hyman of the home; grandchildren, Jamie Shivar, Stephen Shivar, John Timothy Edwards and Christine Shivar; one special grandchild, Cierra Hyman; and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are with Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
