LAGRANGE -- The funeral for Emma Hardy, 74, of 206-C East King St., will be held Saturday morning at 11 at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Thurman Sanders will officiate. Interment will be in LaGrange Cemetery.
Mrs. Hardy died Monday at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Hardy of Kinston; one son, Clifton Hardy of LaGrange; sisters Martha Taylor of Kinston, Annie Bell Mills of Snow Hill and Marie Hill and Frances Kelly of New Jersey; brothers James Jones and Jesse Kelly of New Jersey, Donell Jones of New York, Cecil Kelly of Dudley and Herman Kelly of Snow Hill; and two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The visiting hours will be from 5 until 8 this evening at Loftin Funeral Home and from 10 until 11 on Saturday morning at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.
