Rob and Laurie Perry of Raleigh announce the birth and death of a daughter, Caroline Elizabeth Perry, on Thursday, July 13, 2006, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
A private memorial service was held on Sunday, July 16, at Hayes Barton United Methodist Church in Raleigh. Immediately following the service, Caroline's ashes were interred in the church columbarium.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are two brothers, Ellis and Parker; her maternal grandparents, Larry and Ann Gerrard of Goldsboro; and her paternal grandparents, Homer and Sue Chambliss of San Mateo, Fla.
Memorial donations may be made to Hayes Barton United Methodist Church (marked for the Children's Ministries Fund), 2209 Fairview Road, Raleigh, N.C., 27608.
