MOUNT OLIVE -- Theartice Kelly, 83, of 1114 S. Church St., died Monday at SunBridge Nursing Center.
Among his survivors is his wife, Daphine Kelly.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Garris Funeral Home and the family will receive friends at the residence.
