Quinton Sankus Shepherd, 73, of 822 East End Circle, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at noon at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, with Bishop Alton Smith officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
Mr. Shepherd is survived by his wife, Estella Shepherd of the home; one son, Thomas Anthony Shepherd of the home; one daughter Jacquelyn Wooten of Cary; one brother, Isaac Shepherd, Goldsboro; two sisters, Ida Edwards of Cambria Heights, N.Y., and Mahalia Mack, of Ft. Worth, Texas; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The viewing hours will be from 3 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel in Goldsboro.
