Charles Williams, 89, of 1909 Amsterdam Ave., N.Y., died Saturday at King Bridge Nursing Home in the Bronx.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel in Goldsboro. The Rev. Henry Van Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Williams was a native of Wayne County and was the son of the late Perry and Mattie Williams.
He is survived by two sisters, Anna L. Ayers and Retha Cox of Goldsboro.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Friday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
