KINSTON -- Thurman Ray King, 51, of 1536 South Croom Bland Road, died Tuesday at home.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Clark King; one stepdaughter, Michelle Renee White of Seven Springs; one sister, Lillie Diane Price of Kinston; a half brother, Roger Potter of Mount Olive; and a grandson.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Pink Hill Funeral Home with Dr. Eugene Rhem, the Rev. Jimmy Mercer and the Rev. Nelson Koonce officiating. Burial will be in the King Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Pink Hill Funeral Home.
