MOLLIE HOLLAND

KENLY -- Mollie Creech Holland, 93, was born March 28, 1912, and passed away Thursday afternoon, March 23, 2006, just days before her 94th birthday. Mrs. Holland was the wife of the late Elder Everett L. Holland, whom she helped run a farm and raise a family on Bay Valley Road, just outside of Kenly. She was a member of Creech's Primitive Baptist Church of Johnston County and of the Black Creek Primitive Baptist Association.

Surviving Mrs. Holland are her daughters and sons-in-law, Marjorie and Sherrill Wall of Kenly; Carolyn and Thomas Gudac of Wilson; Louise and Richard Cuddington of Kenly; her sister, Fannie C. Creech of Selma; her grandchildren and their spouses, Les and Kay Wall of Kenly, Gary and Beth Gudac of Asheville, Richie and Dana Cuddington of Kenly, Suzatte and Len Gibson of Wilson, Matt and Poconna Cuddington of Kenly; and her great grandchildren, Robin Wall, Jacob Cuddington, Taylor Gudac and Anna Cuddington, Dylan Gudac and Baryden Cuddington.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 26, 2006 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Coley Funeral Home, located on Hwy. 222 East in Kenly, N.C., with burial following at Kenly cemetery. Elder Danny Carroll will officiate. The family received friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Saturday, March 25, at the funeral home and other times at 845 Cuddington Road, Kenly, N.C., 27542.
