Melodee Rain Allen, infant daughter of Ronnie Lee Allen II and Summer Amanda McWane of Princeton, died Thursday at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother Logan Grey Allen of the home; maternal grandparents, Deborah S. Hunt of the home and James A. McWane of Fayetteville; paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Linda Allen of Smithfield and Marchella and Ray Raynor of Benson; maternal great-grandparents, Alice G. Hunt of Waterbury, Conn., and Florence Rains of Fayetteville; paternal great-grandparents, Josephine and Monroe Edwards of Smithfield, Marshall Thompson of Four Oaks and Joyce Raynor of Benson; and her paternal great-great-grandmother, Ida Lee of Smithfield.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 26, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Minshew Funeral Home in Four Oaks.
