A memorial service for David F. Jones, 62, husband of Linda Warren Jones, formerly of Goldsboro, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Vienna, Va. Inurnment will be on Monday at 9 a.m. at Arlington National Cemetery.
Mr. Jones died of leukemia on Friday, Jan. 20.
He was a former resident of Raleigh and was the son of the late Clarence S. and Kathleen T. Jones.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a sister, Carolyn J. Turner of California, and a brother, Clarence S. "Stan" Jones Jr. of Raleigh.
