WILSON -- Betty Yvonne Cook, 42, died Feb. 9, 2006, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Mae Davis Creech, and is survived by one daughter, Victoria Stamper of Wilson; her father and stepmother, Carl and Deborah Creech of Selma; and two sisters, Carla Creech Barnes of Kenly and Angela Beth Creech of Wilmington. Ms. Cook is also survived by four nephews.
A graveside service to celebrate her life was held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park with the Rev. LaVon Phillips officiating.
The family received friends at Thomas-Yelverton at Evergreen prior to the service.
