The funeral for Colonel James Edward Hiteshew, 75, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home. Burial, with full military honors, will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 6 until 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at his residence, 5296 Hwy. 117 North, Pikeville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph United Methodist Church, 202 W. Church St., Pikeville, N.C., 27863.
