Robert Wynn, 75, of 717 E. James St., Mount Olive, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was a Wayne County native and was the son of the late Samuel and Lossie Flanagan Wynn. He retired as a courier with the Long Island Railroad.
He is survived by one son, Sharif Wynn of New York; one daughter, Diane Garner of New York; one sister, Margaret Spurlock of Salem, Va.; and one nephew, Terry Wynn of Mount Olive.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Best Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Seven Springs. The Rev. William Waters will officiate. Burial will be in Wynn Cemetery.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Friday at Powell and Rhodes Funeral Home in Mount Olive. The family will assemble at the residence one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday.
