LAGRANGE -- Joyce Stepp Howard, 68, of 406 West Boundary Street, died Saturday.
Mrs. Howard was the daughter of the late William Earl and Emma White Dudley.
The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Fowler officiating. Interment will be on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Snow Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband of 18 years, Kenneth Lee Howard; four children, Jackie Stepp and wife, Marie of La Grange, Barbara Stepp Wade and husband, Mike of Newport, Sonia Howard Gray and husband, Michael of La Grange, Darlene Stepp Daniels and husband, Ron of LaGrange; two brothers, Victor Dudley of New Bern and Ricky Dudley of Kinston; eight grandchildren, Heather Mullins, Stacy Wade, Zack Daniels, Cole Daniels, Daron Gray, Will Gray, Michele Gray and De'Anna Gray; four great-grandchildren, Dylan Mullins, Summer Mullins, Christian Vandiford and Vincent Phillips.
The family will receive friends at Rouse Funeral Home following the service tonight, and other times at the residence.
