FAISON -- Steven Russell Bell, 893 Margaret Road, died Thursday at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
Among his survivors is his mother, Shelvia Faison of the home.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the home.
Arrangements are incomplete and are being handled by Garris Funeral Home.
