THURMAN LANGSTON

PRINCETON -- A memorial service for Thurman Langston, 66, of Lee Street, will be held Friday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home. The Rev. Ronnie Massey will conduct the service.
Mr. Langston died Tuesday at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
He was the son of the late John Thurman and Lesie Mae Tomlinson Langston and the widower of Rena Mae Minshew Langston.
His survivors include three sons, Tony Langston and Robert Langston of Princeton and Andy Langston of Pinetops; one daughter, Susan Langston of Princeton; three sisters, Faye Sasser and Sherry Langston of Princeton and Ann Yates of Raleigh; and five grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home during the hour prior to the memorial service and immediately afterward.
