Beverly Anne Bartik, 61, devoted wife and loving mother, succumbed to her long fight with health problems on January 6, 2006. She passed quietly at home surrounded by her loving animals.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Garrity. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Thomas Bartik; a son, Scott Bartik of La Grange and his fiancee, Rebecca Anderson, and her daughter, Destiney Anderson. She also leaves behind her animals who will miss her dearly, but rejoice in the release of her suffering.
A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel.
