Died Dec. 12, 2005
WARSAW -- The funeral for Earl Egbert Hobbs, 58, of 347 W. Bay St., will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive. Elder Feranda B. Geddie will officiate. Burial will be in Piney Green Church Cemetery, Newton Grove.
Mr. Hobbs died last Monday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of the late Robert and Nancy Weeks Hobbs and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by two daughters, Chandra Bradshaw of Goldsboro and Terri Norwood of Warsaw; one son, Andra Campbell of Alabama; one sister, Pearlie Mae Hobbs of Clinton; and six grandchildren.
The viewing will be held today from 4 until 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
The family will receive friends at the home of Chandra Bradshaw, 1709 Slocumb St., Goldsboro.
