JAMES C. TART

James Clinton "J.C." Tart, 85, of 700 Second St., died Sunday at his home.
A graveside service was held today at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mr. Tart is survived by his wife, Ruth VanHoy Tart; one son, James C. Tart Jr. of Cove City; one granddaughter, Marie Tart Hardison of Cove City; one great-grandson, Cody Gray Godwin of Cove City; two sisters, Clara Bell Smith of Snow Hill and Aubrey Brion of Port Charlotte, Fla..; two brothers, David Walker Tart of Hinesville, Ga., and S.J. Tart of Dudley; and several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends Tuesday from 7 until 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, and other times at his home.
