The funeral for Joe Billy Coley, 85, of Austin, Texas, was held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Kings Tears Mortuary in Austin. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Austin.
Mr. Coley was formerly of Goldsboro and was the son of the late Charlie and Ginette Best Coley.
He is survived by three sons, Ronald Coley, Charlie Coley and Larue Mayes; two brothers, Henry Coley and Ivory Coley of Goldsboro; and other relatives and friends.
