Alice Rose Kosalko, a native of Goldsboro, died on Friday, Nov. 19, in Tucson, Ariz., after a long bout with cancer.
A funeral mass was held today at 10:30 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. Burial will be at Our Lady of the Desert.
Mrs. Kosalko is survived by her husband of 41 years, Thomas J. Kosalko Sr.; two daughters, Angela Kosalko and Regina Overton; one son, Thomas J. Kosalko Jr.; and two granddaughters.
The family received friends on Tuesday evening at from 5 until 7 at the church and the rosary followed there at 7.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society Southwest Division Inc. 1636 N. Swan Road, Tucson, Ariz., 85712.
