Patricia Ann Adams Lee, 53, of 349 Saulston Road, died Friday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Johnston County, she was the daughter of Ira Green Adams of Four Oaks and the late Sallie Toole Adams.
A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the Wells Family Cemetery. The Rev. Rick Mondell will officiate.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her fiancee, Mike Wells of the home; two daughtes, Laura Lee and Tara Lee, both of Four Oaks; two brothers, Steve Adams of Clayton, Ted Adams of Dunn; three sisters, Brenda Wall, Linda Adams, and Kay Parker, all of Four Oaks.
Family members will greet friends Sunday (today) evening from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home in Goldsboro, and other times at the home.
