Fernando Fernandez Rodriguez, 27, died Sunday from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Burial will be held in Comayagua, Honduras.
Mr. Rodriguez was born in Honduras on October 30, 1978, to Martha Mejia and the late Ovidio LaGos. He was employed with Carolina Turkeys in Mount Olive.
He is survived by one son, Selvin Josue Mejia of Honduras; two daughters, Angie Michelle Mejia and Katherine Mejia both of Honduras; two brothers, Jesus R. Mejia and Jose D. Mejia both of Honduras; two sisters, Delmys Y. Mejia of Mount Olive and Martha M. Mejia of Honduras; and his maternal grandmother, Marina Castro of Honduras.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 until 3:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
