WARSAW -- Sadie Bell, 94, of 114 Stella St., died Sunday at Mary Gran Nursing Center.
The funeral will be held Thursday at noon at Hills Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Tony Harrington will officiate. Burial will be in the Wright Cemetery in Faison.
Mrs. Bell was born in Duplin County and was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Sadie Oliver Wright. She was a member of Hills Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Faison.
Her survivors include four sons, Nathan Bell of Clinton, Lewis Bell of Warsaw, Bobby Bell of Fayetteville and Velenzo Bell of California; two daughters, Modestine Bell of Chapel Hill and Burnette Smith of Durham; and one sister, Beatrice Farmer of Durham.
The viewing will be at the church one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
The funeral procession will assemble at the residence at 10:15 on Thursday morning.
Rhodes Funeral Home in Warsaw is serving the family.
