GRIMESLAND -- Irene Eubanks Rollins, 67, of 3275 Highway 33 West, died Monday at her home.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home in LaGrange. Interment will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Rollins Cemetery.
Mrs. Rollins was born in Jones County to the late Oscar and Annie Moore Eubanks. She was a member of Grimesland Free Will Baptist Church and she loved flowers, gardening and sewing.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Albert Rollins; one son, David Rollins and wife, Lily, of Hartwell, Ga.; one daughter, Diane Holland and husband, Troy, of Edenton; two sisters, Ethel Whitley of New London and Annie Wiley of Hermiston, Oregon; six grandchildren, Jonathan Rollins, Michael Rollins, Stephen Rollins, Faith Holland, Daniel Holland and Jessica Holland; one niece, Cindy McLawhorn of Kinston; and one nephew, Jackie Eubanks of Hermiston, Oregon.
Mrs. Rollins was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Byrd.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service on Thursday, and other times at the residence.
