Edna Millie Boudreau, 61, of 101 E. Williamson St., died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Private ser-vices will be held.
Mrs. Bou-dreau was born in Providence, R.I., to the late Richard Raf-tery and Mary Hannagan Raftery.
She is survived by two sons, George Frye of Mount Olive and William Frye of Warwick, R.I.; two daughters, Jean Doster of Mount Olive and Mary-Ellen Rossi of Warwick, R.I.; one brother, Richard Raftery of Warwick, R.I.; five sisters, Jean Quattrini, Donna Quattrini and Maisie Raftery of Warwick, R.I., Marion Leclerc of Cumberland, R.I., and Colleen Elias of Cumberland, R.I.; and 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Joseph Boudreau.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
