MARY RUTH WILLIAMS
A funeral service for Mary Ruth Williams, 88, of 203 South St., LaGrange will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday from the United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle with Pastor Wade officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Matthew Cemetery, LaGrange.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by four children John Paul, Mary Lee, Rebecca and David.
She is survived by her daughters Pearlie Williams of Goldsboro, Bernice Sanders of Dudley, Barbara Ann Sutton of Silver Springs, Md., and Kathryn Poe of Summerville, S.C.; her sons Ernest Williams, of Kinston, Earl Williams of Newark, N.J., Ben Frank Williams of Washington DC, Kenneth Williams of Hamden, Conn.; 45 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Fannie Bell Parks of LaGrange.
A public viewing will be held Thursday from 1 until 7 p.m. The family will receive friends at the McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St., from 7 until 8 p.m. Condolences may be faxed to (919) 731-4338 or emailed to McIntyrefhm@aol.com
