STAR -- The Rev. Tracy L. Ritter, 64, of 2491 Okeewemee Road, brother of Linda Luck of Goldsboro, died Tuesday at his home.
The funeral will be held Friday, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Christian Church where he pastored, with the Rev. Mike Holyfield officiating. Burial will be in Providence Chapel Church Cemetery.
He was a Moore County native and was a minister having pastored at Shady Grove Church for 16 years.
He is also survived by his wife, Thelma Garner Ritter of the home; a son, Randy Lee Ritter of Star; his parents, the Rev. Hayes and Gladys Hussey Ritter of Robbins; two brothers, Russell Ritter of Robbins and Benjamin Ritter of Ramseur; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Joyce-Brady Funeral Home of Bennett.
