ROBERT E. OWENS

Robert Earl Owens, 52, of 869 Riverbend Road, died last Thursday at his home.
No formal services will be held.
Mr. Owens was born in Wilson County and was the son of Daisy S. Owens of Virginia and the late Robert Lee Owens. He was raised by his maternal grandparents the late Mr. and Mrs. William H. Smith. He was employed as a truck driver for Wal-Mart of Hope Mills.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Jason Todd Owens of the home, Tara Lee Owens of Greenville and Jordan Robert Owens of the home; his sister, Sheila Owens Diehl, and her husband, Stoney, of Virginia; his brothers, David Owens, Dennis Owens and Dwight Owens and his wife, Hazel, all of Virginia; and several aunts and uncles.
The family is being served by Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
