KINSTON -- Gaston Fordham III, 51, brother of Deloris Brizzell of LaGrange, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 2005, at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
The funeral was to be held at 1 p.m. today at Patterson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Fisher officiating. Burial was to be in Fordham-Grady Family Cemetery.
In addition to his sister, Mr. Fordham is survived by three daughters, Charnell Fordham of Cary, Tarsha Fordham of Kinston and Nicole Miller of Maryland; three sons, Gaston Fordham IV and Dexter Fordham, both of Snow Hill and John Pierre Moore of Kinston; his mother, Annie Thelma Fordham of the home; father Gaston Fordham Jr. of the home; three other sisters, Shirley Dudley and Mary Dudley both of Kinston and Thelma G. Hawkins of Newark, N.J.; two brothers, James Fordham and Donnell Fordham, both of Kinston; and seven grandchildren.
Swinson Funeral Service is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
