Wilma Bernice Hobbs Gardner, 92, of 101 S. Virginia St., died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. James A.M.E. Zion Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Gardner is survived by five nieces, Bernice Vailes Butler (Johnny) and Barbara Vailes Royall (Bobby) of Washington, D.C., Shirley Hobbs Ried of Orange, N.J., Earldine Pete Marshall (Major) of Southern Pines and Tori Richardson (Bernard) of Philadelphia, Pa.; and three nephews, Edward D. Hobbs of East Orange, N.J., Martin R. Hobbs (Shirley) of Jersey City, N.J., and William D. Hobbs (Bonita) of Harrisburg, Pa.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Goldsboro, and will assemble at the residence one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday.
