Johnnie Lane Jr., 70, died Saturday, July 23, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
He was the son of the late Johnnie and Sudie Lane, who were from Goldsboro.
His survivors include two daughters, Dawn Lane of Greensboro and Lisa Lane of Atlanta; two sons, Navarro Lane of Atlanta and Mark Lane of Greensboro; one sister, Bertha Lane Lee of Atlanta; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family held private memorial and inurnment services on Thursday at Woodard Funeral Home.
