JAMES E. LEWIS
The funeral for James Edward (Best) Lewis, 53, of 2101 N. William St., will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the W.G. Broadhurst Memorial Garden in Seven Springs.
He graduated from Central High School in 1969, served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his mother, Mary F. Uzzell of the home, and one brother, Paul Edward Hines Sr. of Washington, D.C.
The family will be at the home of Lueada B. Dawson, 1104 S. Slocumb St.
There will be no viewing; however, relatives and friends may sign the register on Saturday from 1 until 5 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel.
