HAROLD BENSON
Harold Eugene Benson, 67, of 1910 Braswell Road, Smithfield, died Thursday.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Baker's Chapel Church Cemetery. The Rev. Joseph Baker will conduct the service.
Mr. Benson is survived by his wife, Lynda Lane Benson of Smithfield; three daughters, Rita Faye Schoot and Becky B. Williams of Smithfield, and Vickie Lee Renn of Goldsboro; his mother, Edna Dean Benson of Clayton; two sisters, Elmona Stevens of Coats and Rachael Braxton of Greensboro; and 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton.
