LILLIE WHALEY
ROSE HILL -- Lillie Mae Ervin Whaley, 73, died Friday at Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville.
A memorial service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Duplin Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Whaley was the daughter of the late Cecil Ervin and Annie Humphrey Ervin and was the widow of Ernest Whaley.
She is survived by two sons, Danny Whaley of Rose Hill and Tommy Rogers of Beargrass; one daughter, Anne Nobles of Plymouth; one sister, Betty E. Smith of Durham; and eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill is serving the family.
