RUBY MAE SMITH
A funeral service for Ruby Mae Smith will be held today at 3 p.m. at Goshen Disciples Church in Faison. The burial will follow in the Wayne Memorial Park Cemetery. Dr. David Atkinson will officiate.
Mrs. Smith is the daughter of the late Shade Connor Jr. and the late Opha Alford.
Mrs. Smith is survived by a daughter, Evangelist Sheila Darden of Dudley; a son, Roby Robinson of Four Oaks; a brother, the Rev. Eszrah Lofton of Goldsboro; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
