WILLIAM PIERCE
William Guy Pierce, 57, of 123 Countryview Drive, died Saturday at his home.
Mr. Pierce was born in Washington, D.C., and was the son of the late Carl Wendell Pierce and Nina Ellis Pierce. He had worked as an officer with the police department in Washington, D.C., and had served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of Saulston United Methodist Church.
Mr. Pierce is survived by two sisters, Carolyn L. Felter of Elliott City, Md., and Mary Elizabeth Reed of Jacksonville, Fla.
No formal services will be held.
Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service is serving the family.
