DARLA J. WEAVER

PIKEVILLE -- Darla Jane Tittle Weaver, 40, of 124 Duck Ridge Drive, died on Tuesday, surrounded by her family, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Watseka, Ill., to the late Earl C. and Lois Miller Tittle and was married to David Weaver. She was a homemaker and attended The Lord's Table Church.

The funeral will be held Friday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Dickens and Dr. Rick Cason will officiate. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Katie Blizzard and Sarah Weaver of the home; three brothers, Douglas and Mike Tittle of Mount Olive and Donnie Tittle of Dudley; and four sisters, Judy Airgood and Patricia Alejandro of Dudley and Larise Giasson and Debbie Bailey of Goldsboro.

The family will receive friends at Shumate-Faulk immediately following the service on Friday, and other times at the residence. They request that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, Piedmont Chapter, 2540 Plantation Center Drive, Unit 4-B, Bldg. 4, Matthews, N.C., 28105.
