RETHA SEARS
Retha Sears, 86, of Fremont, died at Britthaven Nursing Home in Goldsboro on Saturday.
She was the daughter of the late Elonza Coley and Eliza Taylor.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Wooten of Fremont, and five grandchildren, one step-grandchild, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Gospel Tabernacle Church in Fremont. The Rev. Robby E. Millard will officiate. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery.
The viewing will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Thursday at Rhodes Funeral Home in Fremont.
The funeral procession will line up at the home of Kay Polk Wooten, 705 S. Wilson St., Fremont.
