DIXIE B. MORRISEY
TURKEY -- The funeral for Dixie Belle Morrisey, 88, of 1160 Thompson Ave., will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Greater Six Run Baptist Church. The Rev. Leslie Morrisey will officiate. Burial will be in the Morrisey Cemetery.
Mrs. Morrisey died Tuesday at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton.
She is survived by three sons, Howard Morrisey and Thomas Morrisey of Turkey and Robert Morrisey of the home; six daughters, Millie Brewington of Warsaw, Mary Wilson, Sallie Carlton, Edna Morrisey and Diane Harris of Turkey and Barbara Armwood of the home; six brothers, James Lee Faison of Georgia, Charlie F. Faison, Albert Ray Faison, and Eddie James Faison of Brooklyn, N.Y., Lewis Faison of Florida and Carl Lee Faison of Turkey; five sisters, Evelyn Lane of Far Rockaway, N.Y., Mary Lee Wilson and Nana Faison of Turkey, Agnes Faison of Faison and Shirley Ann Oates of Clinton; and 47 grandchildren, 76 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
The viewing will be from 3 until 7 today at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
