MARLBORO, Md. -- Towana D. Folk, 48, of 4510 Lords Landing Road, died Tuesday, Feb. 8.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Myers United Methodist Church, in Nottingham, Md. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton, Md.
She is survived by one daughter, Tori Folk of Upper Marlboro, Md.; her mother, Shirley I. Scales of Goldsboro; her step-father, Thomas W. Scales of Goldsboro; one sister, Shavaughn Melton and husband, Lorenzo Melton, and their two children Lorenzo II and Stevanni, of Garner; one brother, Thomas W. Scales II and wife, Lyn Scales, and their three children, Kymber, Justin and Jessica, of Logansville, Ga.; one niece, Crystal Coley and husband, Michael, and their children, Christine and Andrew of Goldsboro; four aunts, two uncles and a host of relatives.
