VIRGINIA SHEFFIELD
ROSE HILL -- Virginia Smith Sheffield, 80, died Tuesday at the Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation of Wallace.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Sheffield was the daughter of the late Charles E. Smith and Lillie Haynes Smith of Spotsylvania County, Va., and was the widow of Edwin Sheffield.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Mullen of Spotsylvania, Va.; two sisters, Anne Catherine Jones of King George, Va., and Mary Josephine Smith of Spotsylvania, Va.; and one brother, Kenneth Wayne Smith of Staford, Va.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill and other times at the residence at 119 Newton Street.
