PAMELA S. TALBOT

Pamela Seaver Talbot, 70, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

She was a native of New Orleans, La., and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Frances Whitworth Talbot. She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church and was active in the Legion of Mary.

Surviving are three daughters, Lisa Rouse Melton and husband, Brent Melton, of Raleigh, Julie Rouse Jackson and husband, Jeffrey B. Jackson, of Goldsboro and Suzanne Talbot Rouse and her partner, Todd Ramsey of Stokes; her son, Donald C. Rouse III of Raleigh; five grandchildren, Chad Melton, Tanner Melton, Taylor Jackson, Meagan Jackson and Drew Jackson; and dear friends, Cleta Howell, Ilene Thornton and the late Margie Patrick.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Tom Norris, O.S.F.S., presiding. Private Inurnment will be in the Columbarium at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.

The family will receive friends at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church following the service, and other times at the home of Julie and Jeff Jackson, 406 Yearling Drive, Goldsboro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 1000 N. Jefferson Ave., Goldsboro, N.C., 27530; or to the charity of one's choice.

Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
