CAROL S. GARNER
HICKORY -- Carol Ann Sherard Garner, 66, died Thursday at the Lutheran Home.
She was a native of Goldsboro and was the daughter of the late Henry Marvin and Glennie Ham Sherard.
Her survivors include one son, Damon Murray Brown of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Henry "Hank" Sherard of Cornelia Ga., and Robert E. Sherard of Washington, D.C.; and two grandsons.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. The Rev. David Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery in Goldsboro.
Hickory Funeral Home is serving the family.
